For expunging there's http://wiki.dovecot.org/Plugins/Expire for v1.1
and at the bottom some find|rm examples for v1.0.

What do you mean by automatic moving? Moving messages marked as deleted
to trash? http://wiki.dovecot.org/Plugins/deleted-to-trash was added
recently, but I'm not completely sure what exactly it does.
