[Dovecot] removing uid, index and cache files

These are safe to remove always.

Removing this will cause clients to redownload all messages again, which
is especially bad if you have POP3 users.

Sounds like you're having trouble now. I think there's a better chance
of getting this fixed by upgrading rather than deleting dovecot* files.
