[Dovecot] Quota exceeded message

I changed it now to:

"Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)"

Although I'm wondering if that should have been "for the user"..

Also to my surprise I noticed that the text has been configurable in all
v1.1 versions. You could change it with:

plugin {
  quota_exceeded_message = ..
}
