[Dovecot] maildri++ quota

Are the quotas wrong often? Dovecot uses the Maildir++ quota
specifications:

So the file is recalculated if it's

a) >= file is 5120 bytes

b) file is older than 15 mins and it contains more than two lines
(header + the first value line)
