[Dovecot] dovecot doesnt see any emails

I guess ~vpopmail/ might work, but I'd rather not use it. At the very
least it slows down startup since it needs to look up where vpopmail's
home directory is.

Anyway set mail_debug=yes and look at the logs. It'll say where Dovecot
is really looking at for the mail.
