[Dovecot] Compiling dovecot-sieve-1.1.6 against dovecot-1.1.14

When attempting to compile dovecot-sieve-1.1.6 against dovecot-1.1.14  
using the following command line to config...

G520X2:~/Temp/dovecot-sieve-1.1.6 root# ./configure --with-dovecot=../ 
dovecot-1.1.14

make fails with the following...
