[Dovecot] lot's of timeouts

grep mbox_very_dirty_syncs /etc/dovecot.conf
#mbox_very_dirty_syncs = no

so, I think "no" is the default.

Setting this to "yes" is may be faster?

If I do have the time, I'd like to switch over to e.g. maildir
