[Dovecot] problems with dotlock

When Dovecot starts up, it logs a line:

Info: Dovecot v1.1.11 starting up

Do you see it, or do you see:

Info: Dovecot v1.1.11 starting up (core dumps disabled)

Well, that is weird. What does it log with the attached patch?
