[Dovecot] Fatal: Plugin sieve_plugin not found from directory

That did the trick!

In case others miss the blindingly obvious like I did, I added a line to 
http://wiki.dovecot.org/LDA/Sieve so there's an example to go by.  Hope 
it's appropriate:
   #mail_plugins = sieve # the new Sieve plugin
