[Dovecot] how to "hide" mailbox from the IMAP clients

How about redesign for the Sieve script location? You could use for
example:

sieve_dir = /var/sieve/%u/scripts/
sieve = /var/sieve/%u/active

or something. Anyway, are you using mbox or maildir? With maildir you
could also do something else, but with mbox there's really no way to
hide files.
