I call the deliver in postfix :
mailbox_command = /usr/lib/dovecot/deliver

I've tested with
mailbox_command = /usr/lib/dovecot/deliver -d  "$USER"

but i have this error :

deliver($USER): Error: userdb lookup: 
connect(/var/run/dovecot/auth-master) failed: Permission denied
