[Dovecot] Quota warning generated when crossing on both sides

There's no need for the quota_rule2 to be here since it's always static
anyway. It could be in dovecot.conf:

  quota_rule2 = Trash:ignore
}

This happens because of the Trash:ignore. It was a bug, fixed:
