Even with lrs-flags set only, deletion of mailbox is possible.

a myrights shared/testOrdner
* MYRIGHTS "shared/testOrdner" lrs
a OK Myrights completed.
a delete shared/testOrdner
a OK Delete completed.
a select shared/testOrdner
a NO Mailbox doesn't exist: testOrdner
