[Dovecot] imap quota and pop quota

hi everyone i have a question i have dovecot 2.0 and postfix with
virtual users with mysql all is working fine but when i read mail from
outlook or pop and then read the mail from webmail the quota is not the
same i mean they calculate wrong and i have to erase the maildirsize file
and force to recalculate, what can i do, thanks
