I'm not sure. But:

It's still only 2.76 seconds of system CPU from the total of 205 seconds it was running, so that can't really cause the big system CPU usages you see..

Same for the rest of these processes.

What about after you stop Dovecot? Then you should see lines from the permanently running processes (master, anvil, log).
