[Dovecot] disabling outgoing mail ?

Dovecot has no outgoing functionality, that's done with a mta (sendmail, 
postfix, exim, ...).

I don't know roundcube, but I guess it will have a configuration file, and 
there there will be an smtp server line o something like that; surely, if you 
left it blank or with an incorrect value mail delivery will not work.
