[Dovecot] Error: managesieve-login: dump-capability failed: process got stuck

Hmm, apparently it is not something obvious, as I cannot reproduce it at 
this end. What is your config? The doveconf tool itself should be 
failing with the same error. You could use gdb to find out what it is doing.
