[Dovecot] Rename public folders

Nothing prevents this from being able to work, but there are several
potential problems, which is why I haven't really even tried to do that
yet.

For example one problem is what should happen to a public mailbox ACLs
when it's renamed to your private namespace? Should they be removed or
not?
