[Dovecot] Duplicate mail for forwards (dovecot+postfix+postfixadmin)

Cool, thank you Patrick!  Must have missed that somehow.  I put the
setting in main.cf, "receive_override_options = no_address_mappings",
right after 'content_filter' (running amavisd on a separate port) and
it seems to have fixed the problem.
