[Dovecot] missing +r perm:L

Alright, I think I understand. By fixing the other side do you mean I
could add mail_uid=0 and mail_gid=0 in dovecot.conf? to match the
current mails permissions. We are migrating a server over and we ran
into this snag when transferring Maildirs over
