[Dovecot] dovecot LDA: "temporary failure"

Forget it.  I must have been crosseyed.  Someone had put the log file in a 
non-standard place /home/vmail/dovecot-deliver.log.  It told all.  A plugin 
cmusieve was not found, possibly depreciated?

I learned how to make the deliver command line work. ;)
