[Dovecot] fts squat index file not appearing

No, it was something wholly unexpected to me. OSX Mail refuses to do remote searches. I expected OSX Mail to issue a BODY/TEXT when doing an fts, but it only ever searches local copies. So I cant even set up a remote archive under OSX Mail without first copying all 1 million emails to a local copy. How stupid. 

When I issues the commands by hand everything worked as expected.
