[Dovecot] IMAP delete logs

Since enabling the mail_plugins = mail_log. I now get an error. Is there
anything else I need to check adn how I can put the dovecot into debug mode so
I can get more info about where it is failing.

dovecot not running? (check /var/run/dovecot//master.pid).
