[Dovecot] dsync: convert only mbox in /var/mail to maildir?

Actually:

dsync mirror mbox:/tmp/emptydir:INBOX=/var/mail/$user  :)

And be sure that /var/mail/$user has the same ownership:group as the user 
(i.e. $user:$user NOT $user:mail).
