I found solution with one password_query

password_query = SELECT password FROM mail_users WHERE email = '%u' AND
(('%Ls' = 'smtp' AND postfix = 'Y') OR ('%Ls' = 'pop3' AND access = 'Y') OR
('%Ls' = 'imap' AND access = 'Y'))
