Alternatively you could use Stephan Bosch's repository:

	deb http://xi.rename-it.nl/debian/ stable-auto/dovecot-2.0 main

Despite the warning at
http://wiki2.dovecot.org/PrebuiltBinaries#Automatically_Built_Packages
they work very stable.
