[Dovecot] migrating v.1 to v.2

Hi Voytek,

no apologies needed; Timo created an excellent wiki so that should be 
the 1st thing to search. But if there's anything unclear just ask. I'm 
not an expert but made the transitions from 1.2 -> 2.0 -> 2.1 thanks to 
this documentation.
