Well the main one... You don't have a full blown RDBMS running which
in my opinion is a waste of resources.

Anyway I also have a SQLite based Dovecot and Exim setup.
In case you care to take a look at my setup(note the php part is nowhere
near done/complete or even tested):

The shell frontend though works.
