Thanks, the second version is basically what I did! I added a new namespace

namespace public {
   separator = /
   prefix = Lists/Archive/
   location = maildir:/home/vmail/lists/archive/Maildir
   subscriptions = no
}

...and then had my Sieve script fileinto that. Works fine! Thanks for 
your help!
