Upgraded to 2.0.21. Now I get this error:

sieve-storage: userdb(leon at EXAMPLE.COM) didn't return a home directory
for substitition in storage root directory (sieve_dir=~/sieve)
Sep  5 14:34:29 emperor dovecot: managesieve(leon at EXAMPLE.COM): Fatal:
Failed to open Sieve storage.
