[Dovecot] Mail being delivered but MUA showing empty inbox

The problem isn't the posting of the documentation into the email, it
is the stupidity of those replying to the post who are either too
lazy, stupid or inconsiderate (perhaps a combination of all three) of
others to properly trim the message when replying.
