Hrmm the forced html -to- text conversion of this list (I sometimes
wonder if this is 1993 not 2013)  seems to have stripped out the less
than bracket preceding the filename,  but the actual entry would be

ssl_cert_file = </etc/ssl/certs/dovecot.pem
ssl_key_file = </etc/ssl/certs/mail.key
