[Dovecot] Duplicate Mails downloding issue

Yes, Thanks Charles, 

Working with Director is in process, we will soon implement this, I hope it would help to solve this ongoing  issue.

But, i want to  know the cause . why is it happening

There';s your problem.

You need to implement the Dovecot Director, which was created 
specifically to address this kind of issue...
