Help with transaction log and index file corruption.

Don't know, but I can try to give you some information on what I would 
check.

1. http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Debugging/Rawlog
to debug the imap connection, there are probably some more information 
about the problem of this user.

2. Most of dovecots index files can easily be deleted and dovecot will 
create new ones of his own.
So I would check which files are causing the problems and if it is save 
to delete them. If it is then delete them and see what happens.
