	I'm sorry. As soon as I ask, the sooner I find the answer :-(

	I have found in a reply to a similar question in this same list 
(http://www.dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2011-November/079687.html) that a 
passdb database for lmtp can't use auth_bind=yes because lmtp can't make 
any authentication. So I left my director server with auth_bind=no and 
backends with auth_bind=yes and it works.
