help me with sieve_pipe

Apart from some weird application/octet-stream attachment, I see nothing 
that looks like a configuration in your e-mail.

Keep in mind that the sieve_pipe plugin is very old. These days, that 
functionality is included in the sieve_extprograms plugin:
