[Vincent Dahmen]

There are 2 makefiles downloading files from unicode.

They are locatet at

src/lib/Makefile
src/lib-fts/Makefile

I manually downloaded the files form the website and hosted them myself
and everything worked just fine.

Maybe store the files inside the git? Or am I missing smth?
