Pigeonhole vs dovecot gssapi option

I wound up just adding the same GSSAPI options to the pigeonhole port with
a note that
they must be the same as Dovecot.
I'm not sure who the culprit is for NOT writing the -L.../lib/heimdal to
dovecot-config.
