You can just turn on rawlogs

protocol imap {
  rawlog_dir = /tmp/rawlogs/%Lu
}

and mkdir /tmp/rawlogs/your-username-in-lowercase
chmod 0777 /tmp/rawlogs/your-username-in-lowercase
