Oh, excuse me for the (most probably) silly question, but where I could 
give to my *virtual user* the directory write permission, if not from 
the Dovecot ACL?


Actually on /etc/dovecot/dovecot.acl:

* user=foo at mydomain.com lrwsip
* user=info at mydomain.com lrwsip
