Stale mailbox lock file

[Aki Tuomi]

It gets called when some imap process has left a lock file, but didn't clean it up (i.e. it crashed?). It means it cannot lock uidlist, but will notify if count of messages change.

It is not very simple to debug this kind of issue from outside.
