Ensure your config looks like

namespace SOME_NAME_HERE {

    ...

}

Make a postlogin script which exports

export NAMESPACE/SOME_NAME_HERE/HIDDEN=true USERDB_KEYS="$USERDB_KEYS
NAMESPACE/SOME_NAME_HERE/HIDDEN"

Or somehow export this from passdb/userdb as
(userdb_)namespace/some_name_here/hidden=true
