Sieve operation "send copy" not working since upgrade from dovecot 2.2.31-1 to 2.3.5.1-1

I hope that someone can help me here.

Software: CentOS 7.6.1810, dovecot-2.3.5.1, dovecot-pigeonhole-2.3.5.1, exim 
4.91-1

Example filter:
