lmtp and recipient_delimiter

Right, that's how I found the setting to begin with, but that page 
doesn't actually document what the setting does (all that page does is 
say you should set it to yes if using recipient delimiters with lmtp), 
the only place I was able to find that says what that setting actually 
does is in the comment in 20-lmtp.conf, hence why I said it's poorly 
documented.
