Try this:

namespace inbox {
   hidden = no
   inbox = yes
   list = yes
   mailbox Drafts {
     auto = no
     special_use = \Drafts
   }
   mailbox Junk {
     auto = no
     special_use = \Junk
   }
   mailbox Sent {
     auto = no
     special_use = \Sent
   }
   mailbox "Sent Messages" {
     auto = no
     special_use = \Sent
   }
   mailbox Trash {
     auto = no
     special_use = \Trash
   }
   prefix = INBOX/
   separator = /
   subscriptions = no
   type = private
}
namespace subscriptions {
   hidden = yes
   list = no
   subscriptions = yes
   type = private
}
