outlook 2019 not working

Logs indicate no problems, can you tell us how outlook refuses to work? Does it give any errors? Are you sure those are correct logs?

You can also use rawlogs to see if there is some protocol level disagreement. https://doc.dovecot.org/admin_manual/debugging/debugging_rawlog/
