dovecot and openssl3

Hello,

I tried to build dovecot-2.3.19.1 with openssl-3.0.2
"make test" failed. Good, the test-suite found a problem!

I found similar reports and patches:

The patch looks easy and at least 'make test' pass again.

Could the dovecot developer have a look at the patch and say something
about the roadmap to support openssl3?
