Issue in 2.3.18 with fts_header_excludes/includes

Hi,

the problem was confirmed and fixed here:

https://github.com/dovecot/core/commit/b5653c9d095f302cf9674de263f873c8fc80446b

In 2.3.18 fts_header_excludes/includes is broken so don't enable the option.
