<div>Im using this for postfix+dovecot+real unix users, now i tried to enable virtual support with this:</div>

<div>The above configuration works for local users but is not working for virtual users, it produces the error:</div>
<div>dovecot-auth: Oct 21 00:19:14 Info: PAM: pam_authenticate(erickperez) failed: Authentication failure</div>

<div>obviously the user erickperez exists in /etc/vhosts/userdb so PAM will fail.</div>
