<p>I've been running a server with Dovecot, Sieve, Spamassassin and
getmail to handle my emails for several years now.</p>
<p>Just before christmas I did one of these regular updates and
since then I got problems with spamassassin. Quite a lot of spam
is not been filtered out. I can see a lot of errors like these in
the mail-log.</p>

to create readable default_prefs: /home/vmail/.spam</span>assassin/user_prefs<br>

<p><span style="font-family:monospace">Vmail is the user that is
running my scripts that retrieves email and executes spamc. <br>
